This Ismail Merchant-produced debut by writer-director Chris Terrio tracks a day in the life of a New York mother, Diana (Glenn Close), and her daughter, Isabel (Elizabeth Banks), both of whom are about to experience momentous change. An established New York actress, Diana rushes from one event to the next while slowly realizing her husband's cheating on her, as Isabel, a photographer, soon discovers she's standing at a crossroads in life.
