Hoi-Ching Cheung directs this exuberant martial arts bonanza centering on Golden Snake Man (Danny Lee), the wielder of an immensely powerful sword who seeks to free his lover from the wretched lord (Elvis Tsui) holding her captive. Along the way, the magical weapon seems to attract trouble and betrayal from everyone Golden Snake Man meets. But in the end, it is the sword the warrior must rely on to save him and his lover.
