Already the target of bullies, geeky 11-year-old Lloyd's (Todd Bosley) troubles multiply when his classroom antics land him in a special education class for underachievers, where he falls for a cute girl who, in turn, only has eyes for one of Lloyd's tormentors. Can he overcome his nerdy ways with the help of a mentor and win the heart of his true love? Hector Barron directs this comedy that also features Kristen Parker and Tom Arnold.
