Based on a popular Chinese novel set during the Sung Dynasty, this diverting tale follows the "Imperial Cat," constable Zhan Zhao (Andy Lau), who's constantly butting heads with "Shining Mouse" Bai Yutong (Cecilia Cheung), a female Robin Hood masquerading as a man. But unbeknownst to Zhan, Bai has had a crush on him for a long time. Can she find a way to win Zhan's heart without giving him a shock?
