When Rob Cutter (Daniel Hugh Kelly), a member of the United States Marines, dies mysteriously, his wife, Barbara (Amy Madigan), suspects it has something to do with Rob's recent discovery that helicopters may have been crashing because the military has somehow purchased vessels with defective parts. Barbara believes a corrupt general (Chuck Shamata) is responsible, but how can she prove it? And will she be able to stay safe?
