Urban parks offer more than just respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city; filmmaker Tony Okun ventures into a Los Angeles neighborhood city park to find out just how much the recreational area means to locals and park employees. Candid interviews reveal a variety of heartwarming stories and humorous anecdotes, but despite the different responses, one thing comes across loud and clear: Parks bring positive change to urban communities.
