After being blackmailed into pulling off an impossible prison break, tough-talking mercenary John Seeger (Steven Seagal) reluctantly prepares to lead a team of heavily armed soldiers to free the son of a billionaire arms magnate from bondage. Unfortunately for his blackmailer, Seeger finds out he's been double-crossed and launches an unbelievable plan for revenge, stopping at nothing to make sure he succeeds.
