Don (Shahrukh Khan) is a ruthless Malaysian crime boss and drug lord nabbed by authorities and held captive while his naive look-alike, Vijay, is sent to infiltrate the mobster's gang. But Vijay soon realizes he's caught in a double cross. Learning that both the law and the gangsters want to see him either in prison or dead, Vijay teams up with the beautiful Roma, who helps him fight both mafia and cops in order to prove his innocence.
