Me, Natalie

  (1969)
This warm and witty drama follows the adventures of Natalie Miller (Patty Duke), a plain Jane who strikes out on her own in the big city and learns some tough lessons about love. After settling into her Greenwich Village flat, the free-spirited Natalie soon beds her handsome new neighbor, who's not everything he seems to be. Duke snagged a Golden Globe for her engaging performance, and Al Pacino makes his big-screen debut in a minor role.
