After Baron von Richthofen (John Phillip Law) -- aka the Red Baron -- displays his daring style and courage in the air, he becomes a German national hero. But he refuses a job offer from the government and goes on to face a Royal Canadian Air Force captain (Don Stroud). Directed by Roger Corman, this lavish biopic features elaborate dogfight sequences using vintage World War I planes. Barry Primus co-stars as Hermann Goering.
