When terrorists take over a water and power plant just as a group of college physics students are visiting, they use the kids as hostages. Now, freshman Lenny (Corey Haim) and his classmate Jenny (Ami Dolenz) must fight for their lives -- and find a way to prevent the terrorists from introducing a deadly virus into the water system.
