A love triangle leads a jealous husband to bury a couple alive; a seriously ill man is hypnotized and experiences horrific results; a doctor's youth restoration experiments lead to the reanimation of a grisly bride; and more. These tales are all adapted from Edgar Allan Poe and Nathaniel Hawthorne stories, such as "The Black Cat," "Dr. Heidegger's Experiment," "Rappaccini's Daughter" and "The Haunting of Morella."
