Dreamer (Enrique Almeida), an L.A. gangster left with memory loss after being shot in the head, seeks revenge for his brother's death. Searching for the killers, he comes across a dirty cop (Tom Sizemore) who's investigating the brutal murders of several gang members in Dreamer's crew. Now, the key to solving the case and preventing an all-out street war may hinge on Dreamer's ability to repair his faulty memory.
