With the help of their souped-up superboat Thunder, Hurricane (Hulk Hogan) and Bru (Chris Lemmon) successfully capture a wanted drug lord from his island compound, only to have the criminal's right-hand man turn around and take Hurricane's daughter hostage at school. With explosives set to blow the school to smithereens, the two heroes must race against the clock to save the children and bring the baddies to justice.
