Radio broadcaster Carroll Levis sets out to prevent a notorious collector of Buddhist artifacts from swiping a one-of-a-kind piece -- the famed Brass Monkey -- in this comical mystery based on a classic British radio show. The supporting cast includes such notables as Herbert Lom, Ernest Thesiger and Carole Landis, whose suicide following the production became a major scandal at the time of the film's release.
