Mom turns matchmaker with less than stellar results in this entertaining melodrama from director K. Bhagyaraj. When Seetha moves into her new house, she takes as a maid Sumathi (Saranya), a girl who lives across the street with her ailing father. Impressed by the girl's character, Seetha decides she'd make the perfect daughter-in-law. Unfortunately, her plan goes awry even before her husband (Prakashraj) and son (Prithviraj) arrive on the scene.
