Kyla Pratt reprises her role as Maya Dolittle, the daughter of the famous animal doctor, in this movie inspired by the classic children's stories. In these misadventures, the girl who speaks to animals finds herself in Washington, D.C., where she meets the president (Peter Coyote) and contends with a cast of rambunctious talking critters, including a wisecracking wallaby named Bruce.
