By focusing on the lives of several students at Delhi University, Dil Dosti Etc. explores the nature of male friendship and the way today's youth live and think. Imaad Shah plays rich, cosmopolitan Apurv, and Shreyas Talpade plays student politician Sanjay -- friends whose differing political views and backgrounds embody the clash between new liberal attitudes in India and older, more conservative ones.
