Precocious 9-year-old Roxy Hunter (Aria Wallace) finds life in sleepy Serenity Falls far from serene when the rambling old manse she moves into with her mother (Robin Brûlé) and best friend, Max (Demetrius Joyette), turns out to be home to a ghost as well. When plucky Roxy begins to investigate, she soon discovers that restless spirits are the least of her worries: Plans are afoot to destroy the historic mansion, and it's up to Roxy to halt them.
