After persuading a jury to acquit a guilty man, famous lawyer Krishna Prasad Saxena (Raaj Kumar) is racked with guilt when the innocent Arjun (Govinda) is convicted of the crime instead, so he decides to help him escape from prison. Saxena hides Arjun at an isolated island castle, and after he confesses his role in protecting the real criminal, the two men come up with a complicated plot to expose the truth.
