Bosom buddies Frank and Frank (Robert Caso and Kevin Schon) are on their way to Hollywood to become stars when they inadvertently witness a mob execution. Now they're prime witnesses for the FBI -- and being chased by Mafia hoods. When the Franks decide to hide out by posing as female makeup artists for a local beauty pageant, they encounter just one problem: The mob also runs the pageant. Erik Estrada and Norman Fell co-star.
