In post-World War III Los Angeles, circa 2027, humans and cyborgs are at war and information terrorists threaten what's left of life in an industry-choked world. Alex (Olivier Gruner), a cyborg with human tendencies, has decided to quit the Los Angeles Police Department and become a bounty hunter. Alex's old boss (Tim Thomerson), however, has one more assignment for him -- and if he refuses or fails, a bomb planted in his heart will go off.
