Four baffled men try to solve the mysteries of desire, relationships and incomprehensible lyrics from a Steve Miller song in this trendy flick about love and lust in the 1990s. Mark (Jon Cryer) keeps destroying potential romances with his "sensitive guy" tack, while womanizing Josh (Adrian Pasdar) chases jailbait. In the meantime, Runyon (Tim Guinee) pines for a former flame, and married Phil (Adam Oliensis) pursues a sexy stranger.
