During World War II, the British government learns that three German submarines are docked off the coast of the Portuguese colony of Goa in India. But since Portugal is a neutral nation, the Allied forces can't touch the boats, and the job of taking them out falls on the shoulders of a band of retired veterans. Gregory Peck, Roger Moore and David Niven headline this action-packed war tale based on a true story.
