New York City psychiatrist Beth Noonan (Stockard Channing) endeavors to keep her life together as she helps several troubled clients through personal crises. But Beth finds herself in crisis when an unhinged woman (Camryn Manheim) cracks and holds the shrink hostage. Directed by Lee Rose, this made-for-cable miniseries co-stars Kate Capshaw, Allison Janney, Scott Bakula, Rebecca De Mornay, Mia Farrow and Elle MacPherson.
