Director John Woo and star Yun-Fat Chow return in this sequel that blasts its way from New York City to Hong Kong as renegade gangsters and hot-shot cops battle in a showdown of honor, loyalty and revenge. Restaurant owner Ken Gor (Chow) teams up with police detective Kit (Leslie Cheung) and his struggling ex-con brother Ho (Lung Ti) to avenge his old friend's (Dean Shek) daughter's death by a Triad gang.
