Combining striking imagery, original music and commentary, director Chris Malloy's 2004 documentary offers a unique perspective on the life of surfers, following a "tribe" as they journey from Indonesia to South America. Musician and surfer Jack Johnson, who contributed the title track, rides the waves alongside legends of the sport such as Kelly Slater, Tom Curren, Gerry Lopez, Rob Machado and C.J. Hobgood.
