One man's prowess in the art of karate will be put to the test in this action-packed thriller. A group of undercover cops is just about to bring down a drug ring when they become the prey of a dangerous serial killer. When nothing else seems to work, the authorities recruit Matt Logan (Chuck Norris), a karate master known for his ruthless technique. Will Logan be able to bring the killer to justice?
