Bob Hope stars as Frank Larrimore, a United Nations functionary who happens upon an abandoned infant in one of its halls in this heartwarming comedy from director Jack Arnold. Frank soon learns there's no better babe magnet than a newborn when he's surrounded by exotic lovelies (including Michèle Mercier and Liselotte Pulver, who scored a Golden Globe nod for her performance), all eager to claim the baby for their countries.
