A Low Down Dirty Shame

After failing to crack the Mendoza drug case and getting romantically entangled with the wrong woman, Andre Shame (Keenen Ivory Wayans) is forced to give up his private detective gig with the Los Angeles Police Department. But when an ex-colleague now working for the Drug Enforcement Administration (Charles S. Dutton) informs Shame that the Mendoza case is being reopened, he begins a personal investigation.
