Terrified by his nightmares, John Totersohn (Adrian Grenier) seeks much-needed help from psychologist Dr. Susan Weiss (Polly Draper). But when he discovers that his girlfriend, Sarah (Leila Arcieri), is pregnant, the shocking news throws the troubled young man toward a downward spiral into a frenzy of passion, paranoia and rage.
