This affecting French drama juxtaposes the exploitation of employees at a food-processing factory with the dehumanization of life behind bars. Through parallel story arcs that follow a jailed felon (Séverine Caneele) whose violent act has taken her from one kind of misery to another and a labor leader (Sofie Leboutte) whose clout is dwindling, director Bénédicte Liénard fuels a sociopolitical inferno. Naïma Hirèche and Yolande Moreau also star.
