Based on the crime novels of R.D. Wingfield, this BAFTA award-winning British TV series first hit airwaves in 1992. Denton, England's police detective Jack Frost (David Jason) survives in his job with the help of a healthy amount of humor and utter determination to bring wrongdoers to justice. While his wit and unconventional style put him at odds with both criminals and his own police force, no one can argue that he gets the job done.
