In this 2007 Sundance Film Festival entry, director Donal MacIntyre paints an intimate cinematic portrait of Dominic Noonan, the head of one of Britain's largest organized crime families. Alongside brother Desmond, Noonan is alleged to have committed more than 25 murders in his two-decade reign of terror. The documentary reveals the notorious gangster's inner circle and his heavy influence in a town stricken with abject poverty and violence.
