When a bank official (Suresh) travels to an isolated town to collect outstanding loans, his clash with a local female resident (Revathi) leads to love. The besotted woman's brother, however, is a staunch traditionalist and doesn't approve of the relationship, believing his sister should marry within their community. Directed by V. Azhagappan, this drama from India co-stars Sathyaraj, Manorama, Koundamani and Senthil.
