Ashok Kumar stars in this touching tale as Shivanth, a caring father who's robbed of the chance to see his beloved daughter Nina grow up when he's sentenced to prison for killing a pedophile who was abusing the daughter of one his employees. Released after serving several years, an elderly Shivanth emerges from his jail cell with hopes of reuniting with his long-lost daughter on the eve of her wedding day.
