Railroad barons are forcing ranchers off their land, and Thurmond Prescott (Ernest Borgnine) and his hired hand, former outlaw Luke Rivers (Casper van Dien), are fighting back. The battle heats up when Luke identifies his ex-partner, D.C. (Bruce Boxleitner), as one of the thugs forcing people off their land. Now, the Luke and D.C. take opposite sides in a battle that will leave the streets of this little town running red with blood.
