Two-fisted, Motor City cop Jericho Jackson (Carl Weathers) locks horns with Peter Dellaplane (Craig T. Nelson), an auto tycoon who's methodically eliminating the union's big wheels in a political power grab. When the industrialist tries to hang a murder rap on Jackson, he gets help from Dellaplane's mainliner mistress (Vanity) and sets out to seek revenge. Sharon Stone costars as Dellaplane's wife in this highly combustible action flick.
