In a post-apocalyptic new millennium, earthquakes have decimated Earth, a planet now ruled by militant groups who kill the intellectually inclined. Sabina (Elizabeth Kaitan), a seemingly ditzy woman, plans to save the world and save herself from government agent Oliver Quinn (John Saxon). But when Sabina is taken to rebel headquarters by two resistance fighters (Chuck Jeffreys and Jay Roberts Jr.), they discover she's smarter than she seems.
