In this collection, Agatha Christie's mild-mannered super-sleuth Miss Marple (Geraldine McEwan) unravels a quartet of mysteries, including the murder of prime minister candidate Clive Trevelyan (Timothy Dalton) following a séance. Marple also investigates a deadly rash of poison pen letters in a quaint village, a ghostly figure lurking in an abandoned cottage, and the link between a woman's horrible nightmares and her new seaside home.
