Russian terrorists get more than they bargained for when they seize an American submarine while searching for the world's deadliest biological weapon, code-named "Agent Red." Assigned to protect the virulent chemical is Matt Hendricks (Dolph Lundgren), the Navy's top Special Operations man. Together with a beautiful colleague (Meilani Paul), Hendricks must prevent the Russians from unleashing Agent Red on an entire city!
