Things go terribly wrong for Dr. Alan Woodman (John Savage) when the alien creature he's trying to turn into a vicious killer in an underground laboratory breaks loose and slaughters everything in its way. Safe in the lab, Dr. Woodman and his assistant, Charlie (James Marshall), know it's only a matter of time until the beast comes back for them. Will military officer Rita Talon (Michelle Goh) and her elite team get there in time?
