This uncut version of director Ryuhei Kitamura's chilling drama, based on comic book artist Tsutomu Takahashi's work, gives an unflinching look at the horrid fate handed a prisoner, Tenshu, after he somehow fails to die in the electric chair. The chair was his punishment for killing the rapists who preyed on his girlfriend. When he remains alive, he gets two choices: Face another execution attempt, or submit to bizarre and dangerous experiments.
