The Rugrats are all grown up in this spin-off, but even though they're big kids, they'll always be pals. Join Angelica, Chuckie, Tommy and twins Phil and Lil as they face the world diaper-free. In "Lucky 13," a nasty girl tries to ruin Angelica's 13th birthday. In "Tweenage Tycoons," the gang gets to work to earn money for concert tickets. Two bonus episodes are included: "Truth of Consequences" and "Thief Encounter."
