This Nickelodeon spin-off from "Rugrats" flashes forward a few years as Tommy, Chucky and twins Phil and Lil enter adolescence. But one thing certainly hasn't changed -- holy terror Angelica is as overbearing and self-centered as ever. Included on this volume are the episodes "Brother Can You Spare the Time?" and "Tommy Foolery," plus a pair of bonus installments: "The Old and the Restless" and "Bad Kimi."
