In this quirky indie film, an unlikely group of vigilantes decides to put the brakes on a merciless garage owner involved in a stolen-car scam. When inner-city schoolteacher Rachel (Lili Taylor) realizes O.K. Garage proprietor Yannick (Olek Krupa) is ripping her off, she enlists help from her lizard-loving neighbor Sean (Will Patton) and his mercurial welder friend, Johnny (John Turturro), to exact revenge for the chop shop's bogus repair bills.
