Fleeing inevitable execution for killing a Roman senator in self-defense, comely young slave girl Serena (Nichole Hiltz) joins the ranks of Queen Zenobia's (Mary Tamm) army and learns the ways of the Amazonian warriors. After completing her training, Serena sets out to avenge the murder of her parents and face the evil Governor Crassius (Patrick Bergin) in the gladiator's arena.
