Rookie Los Angeles cop Samantha York has a take-charge attitude and a disdain for rules. When drug dealers seeking to control the local heroin market kill York's by-the-books partner, she's ordered to lie low. Instead, York wages her own war against the heroin smugglers in this fast-paced action thriller. Troy Donahue co-stars as a police psychologist, and 1980s scream queens Linnea Quigley and Michelle Bauer make brief appearances.
