A relationship blossoms between a naïve and innocent village youngster (Venkatesh) and a rich girl (Karishma Kapoor). Raju is a widow's (Rakhee) son and a happy-go-lucky type. Karishma Kapoor is the sister of three arrogant brothers led by Suresh Oberoi. She is considered lucky by the family and not permitted to go out of the house without Raju as her security guard. But the delicate balance is altered when she falls in love with him.
