In this action-packed thriller directed by Charles Philip Moore, a female police detective (Charlie Spradling) is killed by the criminals she's investigating, but they don't realize she has a sister, Jo (the iconic Maria Ford), who's hell-bent on seeking justice -- even if it means she has to exact revenge herself. Jo won't back down from the challenge, and plunges herself into the seamy world of rock-and-roll to catch the murderer.
